Used to develop, update and communicate the project plan (focussing on timelines, risks, resources and budgets) for endorsement from upper management
Track progress of project against agreed milestones, costs and resources across department
Ensure that deviations from schedule / budget and any other issues are proactively identified, options evaluated and optimal solutions implemented within a defined timeframe through appropriate interactions with Project Team members and departmental PMs.
Proactively communicate key delivery aspects of the project (e.g. Milestones, decisions, actions etc) to all relevant stakeholders Perform visual management of the executed plan
Ensure existence and archiving of adequate project documentation
Execution of the endorsed development plan
Drive prioritization of key activities
